The cover (1) has a vehicle body-fixed part (3) latched over a locking element (4) in order to fix the cover. The locking element exhibits a housing and an insert. The insert is supported by integrally formed arc-shaped spring elements at the housing. The insert comprises two holder arms facing to a housing side, where the insert is held in a force-fit manner in the housing. The spring elements are inwardly extended from two ends of the insert. The insert is pre-tensioned in direction of the vehicle body-fixed part.
