<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an in-molding label having high gas barrier property, and a container made of resin with the label stuck thereon. <P>SOLUTION: Layers constituting the label in-molded when a container made of resin is formed include: a film (a) containing a biodegradable resin (A) and having an inorganic oxide vapor-deposited on its surface; and a layer (b) containing a heat-sealing biodegradable resin (B). The heat-sealing biodegradable resin (B) is of heat resistant type. A printing layer (c) formed on the surface of the film (a) containing the biodegradable resin (A) or between the film (a) containing the biodegradable resin (A) and the layer (b) containing the heat-sealing biodegradable resin (B) is also biodegradable. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
