PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently perform information processing that uses wireless communication even if wireless communication quality is deteriorated by a multipath fading effect.SOLUTION: Two transmission/reception antennas are installed at one relay device 3. A management server 2 switches the antenna used by the relay device 3 for each predetermined number of basic frames. A wireless terminal 5 confirms that the antenna for transmitting the next basic frame is the same as the antenna that has been used for the current basic frame and transmits a terminal participation request in the next basic frame. When the antenna used for the next basic frame is different from the antenna that has been used for the current basic frame, the terminal participation request is not transmitted and transmitted at timing which the basic frame is set as the antenna having antenna identification information that is the same as that of the antenna that has transmitted the current basic frame.
