PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-emitting element package with moisture prevention structure.SOLUTION: The light-emitting element package includes a main part with a cavity; a plurality of lead frames arranged in the cavity; a light emitting element arranged on at least one of the plurality of lead frames; and a humidity invasion preventing member provided between each of the lead frame and the main part, wherein the lead frame includes a first frame arranged in the cavity, a second frame arranged on the lower face of the main part, and a third frame connecting the first frame and the second frames, wherein the second frame of the lead frame is arranged in the main part, with at least one part inclining toward the lower face of the main part, and the humidity invasion preventing member is arranged at least in the third frame of each of the lead frames. |
