摘要

A method for pancreatoduodenal resection by successive mobilization of pancreatoduodenal complex with isolation and crossing of blood supplying vessels and crossing of pancreas on isthmus and final removal of complex. Through pre-operational three-dimensional computer tomography with angiography those patients are revealed at which a stamp of pancreas is supplied with blood only by dorsal pancreatic artery, and for these patients the isthmus of pancreas is crossed with maintenance of this artery.
