<p>The present invention discloses a method and device for controlling non-adaptive retransmission power. In the solution of the present invention, when a UE can not resolve a Transmit Power Control (TPC) adjustment value of a current Hybrid Automatic Repeat Request (HARQ) process, it judges a current power control mode. If it is an accumulation mode, it is judged whether the statistical sum of TPC adjustment values of each HARQ process is less than a given threshold. If yes, the transmission power is gotten by adding an increment adjustment value to the retransmission power. Otherwise, the UE transmission power is calculated according to the formula in protocols. If it is an absolute value mode, the transmission power is gotten by adding an increment adjustment value to the retransmission power. The solution provided by the present invention can improve the Signal to Interference plus Noise Ratio (SINR) detected by the evolved Node B (eNB) and can improve the retransmission success rate, thereby saving radio resources, making for the utilization of radio resources and the reduction of transmission delay, improving the throughput rate of Long Term Evolution (LTE) systems and improving the system performance.</p> |
