PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely make a brush-like probe contact with a non-flat surface electrode or sensitive electrode, a flexible electrode or electrode support without damaging surface thereof.SOLUTION: The brush-like probe includes a conductive probe substrate which is arranged to face an electrode of an object to be electrically treated and two or more conductive wires which are implanted into the probe substrate and flexible to contact the electrode. The conductive wires contact a mating electrode with moving the probe substrate at an angle to the mating electrode so that the conductive wires are inclined to one direction.
