The prosthetic implant has a cylindrical part (10) formed of a flexible band (12) rolled to form a coil of a set of spring coils (14). A free end (16) of the flexible band is not rolled over determined length (L). A part (20) of the free end of the flexible band is folded to form a cushion (22) having predetermined length (C) of two band thicknesses (23, 24). The determined length is equal to three times of the predetermined length. The flexible band is made of absorbable biocompatible material, and fiber material having one of woven texture, meshed texture, and knitted textures. The fiber material is polylactic acid.
