The vehicle drive control system has an internal combustion engine (1), a gearbox (14) and an electric motor (10) which is provided in the position for transferring the drive power on the gearbox, if it is connected with the internal combustion engine. A required torque-calculating unit is provided for calculating the required torque based on a requirement of a driver, where the required torque is transmitted to the gear box.
