摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wireless communication system in which a tracking area (TA) is assigned to UE as an area, where paging is performed at call arrival, in an LTE (long-term evolution), the number of TAs for reducing paging traffic in the system and the number of TAs for educ the number of times of location registration from the UE are set to a trade-off relation, and the number of TAs to be assigned to the UE is optimized. <P>SOLUTION: A wireless communication system includes a base station device 10 and a movement control node 20. The base station device 10 transmits at least positional information relating to the base station device 10, or information relating to the size of a cell of the base station device 10, to the movement control node 20.
