PURPOSE:To obtain a structure of a tank that avoids overflow of water from the tank irrespective of the on or off of a circulating pump, by allowing a circular constricted part at an upper part of the tank to serve as a valve seat. CONSTITUTION:An upper part of a tank 1 is formed with a circular constricted part 2, which serves as a valve seat for a float 3. A floor heating panel 5 is connected via flow paths 6, 7 to the tank 1. When a pump 8 and a heat exchanger 10 are turned off, water in the floor heating panel 5 returns into the tank 1 and inclines to overflow from the top of the tank. However, since there is a spherical float 3 as a valve body in the tank 1, and the constricted part 2 serves as valve seat at the upper part of the tank 1, when the water level rises, the float 3 will fit into an opening 4 of the constricted part 2 to firmly close the opening 4 thereby preventing the water from overflowing. |
