PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a parking device compactified easily by simple constitution, and a movable floor device used therefor. SOLUTION: This parking device includes a parking mechanism, a fixed floor for forming a fixed floor face R in an entrance and exit space, and the movable floor device for forming a movable floor face T capable of burying a clearance S between the fixed floor face R and a pallet 213 in view from an upper side, in the entrance and exit space, the movable floor device includes a pair of the first sprockets with respective rotary shafts arranged at a prescribed interval to be consistent on the same axis, a pair of the second sprockets with the respective rotary shafts arranged in a height to make consistent heights of the rotary shafts at a prescribed interval while the rotary shafts are made consistent on the same axis, a pair of chains laid sequentially over the sprockets, and a plurality of bed plates fixed respectively in a pair of portions to be juxtaposed along a longitudinal direction of the chains, and upper faces of the plurality of bed plates form the movable floor face T.
