The present invention relates to a device and a method for measuring residual urine volume in the bladder. The device for measuring residual urine volume comprises: a first flow rate sensor, which is positioned on the inside of a first ureter to measure a first amount of urine flowing into the bladder from the first ureter; a second flow rate sensor, which is positioned on the inside of the second ureter to measure a second amount of urine flowing into the bladder from the second ureter; a third flow rate sensor, which is positioned on the inside of the urethra to measure a third amount of urine discharged from the bladder into the urethra; and a control device, which calculates the residual urine volume in the bladder from the difference between the total volume of the first and second amount of urine and the third amount of urine. According to the present invention, the condition of the bladder can be monitored by more accurately identifying the residual urine volume in the bladder.
