PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel vapor processor releasing the pressure in the state of stabilizing residual concentration of fuel vapor in a dilution gas by controlling a gas supply flow rate to a separating means. SOLUTION: This fuel vapor processor includes: a fuel tank 1; a canister 3 which adsorbs fuel vapor; an aspirator 4 which sucks the fuel vapor from the inside of the canister 3 for desorption; a separating membrane module 5 which condenses and separates the fuel vapor from the fuel vapor containing gas; a pressure sensor 36 which detects the inner pressure of the fuel tank 1; and a fuel rate control valve 21 which controls a fuel vapor containing gas supply flow rate to the separating membrane module 5. The condensed gas is recovered to the fuel tank 1 through the aspirator 4, while the dilution gas is led into an intake passage 30. The flow rate control valve 21 controls the fuel vapor containing gas supply rate to the separating membrane module 5 based on the inner pressure of the fuel tank 1 so that the residual concentration of the fuel vapor in the dilution gas stabilizes.
