<p>The method involves mechanically changing a boundary region of a wrapping material strip and applying an adhesive on the boundary region of wrapping material strip for manufacturing rod-shaped articles of the tobacco processing industry. The boundary region is marked at a deflection device of the wrapping material strip, particularly a guide roller (15,24,25,26,27), or at a straight path of the wrapping material strip. An independent claim is also included for a device for operating a wrapping material strip for rod-shaped article of tobacco processing industry.</p> |
