PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure for preventing the vibration of a lock case in superior working efficiency. SOLUTION: This structure for preventing the vibration of a lock case includes the lock case 19 which is inserted into a lock case mounting recess opened to the end of a door 11 and fixed to the end using a front rear plate, a pair of escutcheon units 27a, 27b each of which rotatably comprises an operation member, which are installed while holding the door 11 from the front and rear, and the operation member shaft parts of which are connected to a lock case mechanism part, a stud nut 39 the base end of which is fixed to the rear plate 29b of one escutcheon unit and which comprises a female screw 37 opened at the front end thereof inserted into the through-hole 33 of the door 11, a rear plate holding fixing screw 41 which penetrates through the rear plate 29a of the other escutcheon unit 27a and which is screwed with the female screw 37, and a vibration prevention collar 49 which is inserted onto the stud nut 39 and disposed in the through-hole, and from which a pair of support arms 45 project in the same direction orthogonal to the axis of the stud nut 39 to hold the lock case 19 in a space part 47 formed between the support arms 45 in the thickness direction.
