The hand tool has a main body (1) provided with two arms (2a,2b), which forms a fork (3), and two revolving jaws (4a) that are mounted respectively in provided arms and that form a clip for the fastening of a patch. The patch is introduced in the median plane between revolving jaws. A movable tightening spindle is provided, which is tightened perpendicularly to the direction of revolving jaws. The main body has a shaft (6) that extends externally to the plane of fork, where tightening spindle is mounted in the main body. |
