<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain good detection precision of radiation by pixels employed for radiation detection, while maintaining good radiographic image quality acquired by pixels employed for radiographic image acquisition, in comparison with conventional technology. <P>SOLUTION: A radiation detection element includes: plural pixels 20 disposed in a matrix, each pixel including a sensor section 103 that generates charges based on irradiation of radiation, or on illumination of light that has been converted from radiation; plural scan lines 101 through which a control signal flows for switching switch elements included in pixels 20A that are employed for radiation detection, out of the plural pixels 20; plural signal lines 3 through which electrical signal flow corresponding to the charge that has been accumulated in each of the pixels 20A according to the switching state of the switch elements of the pixels 20A for radiation detection; and plural or one radiation detection line 120 through which an electrical signal flows corresponding to the charge that has been generated in the sensor sections of radiation amount detection pixels 20B out of the plural pixels 20. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
