PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic bread maker which is equipped with a motor for crushing and a motor for kneading so that breads can be manufactured from grains, and which can manufacture breads by properly driving the two motors. SOLUTION: This automatic bread maker includes: a driving shaft 11 which is power-transmissively connected with a blade rotating shaft (installed on a bread container which is housed in a baking chamber 30) which supports the crushing blade and the kneading blade; a first motor 50 for rotating the kneading blade; a second motor 60 for rotating the crushing blade; and a clutch 56 which performs the power transmission and the power interception. The automatic bread maker is equipped with a first power transmitting section which power-transmissively connects the output shaft 51 of the first motor 50 with the driving shaft 11, a second power transmitting section which always power-transmissively connects the output shaft 61 of the second motor 60 with the driving shaft 11 when the clutch 56 performs the power transmission, and a clutch state sensing section (not shown in the figure) which senses whether the clutch 56 is under a state for performing the power transmission or under a state for performing the power interception.
