<p>The present invention relates to a formulation for promoting hair growth, and to a method for preparing same, and particularly, to a formulation for promoting hair growth using a culture liquid of adipocyte stem cells isolated from the human body, and to a method for preparing same. The formulation for promoting hair growth using a culture liquid of adipocyte stem cells according to the present invention comprises: adipocyte stem cells which are enzymatically isolated from the fat of the human body by an enzyme in which non-toxic human collagenase is used; a medium for culturing the isolated adipocyte stem cells in a serum extracted from the human body; a culture liquid formed by culturing the adipocyte stem cells in the medium; and a receptor receiving the culture liquid. The method for promoting hair growth using a culture liquid of adipocyte stem cells comprises: a first step of enzymatically isolating adipocyte stem cells from the fat of the human body by an enzyme in which non-toxic human collagenase is used; a second step of extracting a culture liquid formed by culturing the adipocyte stem cells isolated during the first step in a medium containing a serum extracted from the human body; and a third step of receiving the culture liquid in a receptor. According to the present invention, the formulation can be stored at room temperature and distributed while not triggering an immune reaction from the human body, and can also prevent hair loss and promote hair growth.</p> |
