PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automobile torque rod suitably deformable and destructive with an impact load, with increased productivity. SOLUTION: In the automobile torque rod 20, a front end portion 44 of a connection rod part 42 at the side of an inner cylinder 32 is embedded in a bracket 30, and an inclined front end 45 of the embedded front end portion 44 is inclined in such a front end sharpened shaft to destroy the bracket 30. When an impact load F1 is applied from the inclined front end 45 toward the bracket 30, the inclined front end 45 destroys the bracket 30 while avoiding the inner cylinder 32 so that the connection rod part 42 can pass through the bracket 30.
