摘要 The invention relates to oil-refining industry, more definite to bitumen production by oxidation of oil stock, preferably tar by air oxygen in oxidation towers and can be used in producing oxidized oil bitumen for use in different branches of industry e.g. mainly in road construction. A method for bitumen production comprises feeding oil stock to an oxidation tower (1) and simultaneous compressed air supply to a dispersant (5) arranged in the tower bottom part with uniform distribution of compressed air bubbles outgoing from the dispersant outlets by the volume of oxidizing oil stock (2) making a laminar motion in the tower (1) and oxidation of oil stock by oxygen, take-off produced bitumen, discharge of gaseous oxidation products from the tower upper part and maintaining oil stock feed to the tower in predetermined limits, compressed air consumption supplied to the dispersant (5), the tower temperature and an excess pressure in the oxidation tower. In the process of oil stock oxidation there provided uniform or close to it distribution temperature in the oxidation tower in its transversal sections due to elimination of heat discharge from the tower through side walls of the tower body by means of a heat-protection casing closing the tower outer surface and/or due to additional heat supply to the tower through side walls of the tower body from an external, preferably electrical, heater. Besides, in the process of oil stock oxidation there provided laminar or close to it regime of compressed air bubble motion in the oxidation tower due to selection upper limit of volumetric compressed air consumption fed to the dispersant at the given diameter and a number of inlets in the dispersant. The technical result is aimed at improving bitumen quality and providing the stability of technical properties thereof due to uniform oil stock oxidation in the oxidation tower, uniform temperature distribution in the oxidation in the tower's transverse sections and elimination foam-forming in the tower upper part by providing conditions ensuring laminar or close to it regime of the compressed air bubble motion in the oxidation tower.
