摘要

A method for surgical prevention of disregeneration in fresh fractures of the forearm bones comprises the graft sampling with proximal metaphyseal area of he tibia under general anesthesia, adapting of extracortically located graft for cortical surface of reduced and intramedullary fixed fresh fractures of long bones of the forearm, fixation of the graft. The graft is fixed with two spokes with stops guided through three cortical layers in the proximal and distal bone fragments.
