PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that when a drive pulse width of a switching element generating a same electric power is greatly changed due to a small variation in a shape of an inner pot or a heating coil, and as a result, a maximum value of the drive pulse width stored by a storage is required to be changed, a conventional structure can not easily change the maximum value of the drive pulse width, and substantial time and labor are needed to change when the problem occurs during a product development, or a response to a variation in production can not be taken. SOLUTION: By providing a controller 13 for setting a maximum value of a drive pulse width of a switching element 8 controlled by a controller 12 and a setting tool 20 for directly setting by a voltage value which the maximum value of the drive pulse width set by the controller 13 is voltage-divided by a resistance, a dividing voltage is changed by changing a resistance value, and then the maximum value of the drive pulse width is easily changed.
