A method of combined treatment of materials includes processing in several stages, with use of conductive diamond grinding wheels, which cutting properties are reduced during processing by electroerosive control action on the material of bonding and diamond grains in a medium of dielectric. At all stages of processing the same coarse diamond grinding wheel is used. Roughing stage is carried out with energy of single electrical impulses not lower than 3.10 J, at final finishing stage the energy of single electrical impulses is taken not more than 4.10 J, and at the stage of precision machining the process of electroerosive action is interrupted. |
