PURPOSE: A face massage device is provided to enable various people to use the face massage device by using a replaceable cover member. CONSTITUTION: A face massage device comprises a case, a massage unit, a first motor unit, and a housing. The massage unit is built in the case(11). The first motor unit is combined with the case and is formed of a rotary shaft. A rotary unit is combined with the rotary shaft and massages the face while rotating. A first rotation ball is combined with the housing and is projected from the top. A second rotation ball is combined with the housing and is projected from the bottom. In the outer housing, a combining hole is formed.
