<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently operate electrical equipment according to the purpose, when controlling the electrical equipment via a home server. <P>SOLUTION: The home server 4 can input the operating conditions of two or more pieces of electrical equipment 5 and compares the inputted operating conditions with existing setting conditions, that are stored in advance, and calculates them thereby computing an ideal operation pattern.
