FIELD: process engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to automotive pneumatic tire and method of its production. Proposed tire comprises carcass. Inner sealing layer is arranged on carcass inner side in radial direction. Rubber binder layer is arranged between carcass and inner sealing layer. Note here that inner sealing layer and rubber binder layer are superimposed so that their ends are spaced apart along tire circumference. Note also that inner sealing layer and rubber binder layer are lapped so that ends of inner binder layer along tire circumference and those of rubber binder layer are superimposed along tire circumference. ^ EFFECT: higher adhesion between ends of both said layers. ^ 12 cl, 23 dwg |
