SOJU CONTAINING CHITOSAN AND PREPARING METHOD THEREOF
摘要
PURPOSE: A Soju containing chitosan is provided to lowly maintain total cholesterol and neutral lipid and to ensure functionality by controlling GOT and GPT. CONSTITUTION: A Soju containing chitosan contains 0.1-1.0 weight parts of chitosan and 3-8 weight parts of vinegar having 1.5-2.0% of acetic acid based on 100 weight parts of soju having 15-22% of alcohol. A method for manufacturing the Soju containing chitosan comprises: a step of dissolving 0.1-1.0 weight parts of chitosan in 3-8 weight parts of vinegar; and a step of adding 15-22% of alcohol.
