PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical device 100, in which vibration is hardly absorbed inside an adhesive layer S, stuck foreign matter can be removed and the amount of the foreign matter to be stuck again can be reduced. SOLUTION: The optical device 100 which includes a vibration means and vibrates the whole of the optical device 100, includes; a plurality of optical elements 110a, 110b arranged at such positions that the main surfaces thereof are parallel to one another; the adhesive layer 120 through which light can be transmitted and which is arranged between the adjacent optical elements 110a, 110b and used for joining the adjacent optical elements 110a, 110b to each other; and a vibrator 120 arranged on the main surface of predetermined one optical element 110a.
