Disclosed is a lubrication device for a gear train, which supplies lubrication oil (OL) to a gear (12) constituting a gear train. The lubrication device is provided with a shroud (18) covering at least teeth (19) among the components of the gear (12), and a lubrication oil supply port (32) for supplying the lubrication oil (OL) to a mesh portion (14) of the gear (12). A discharge port (33) for discharging the supplied lubrication oil (OL) is formed in the shroud (18). The discharge port (33) is a part of the shroud (18), and is located on the outer side of the gear (12) in the radial direction. The discharge port is positioned at an angular position rotated 90°±15° from the mesh portion (14) in the rotational direction (R1) of the gear (12).
