<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic device which can be assembled without interfering arrangement of potting resin which dissipates heat from a circuit board to a case, and in which nondestructive inspection on presence of the resin can be carried out after completion of assembly. <P>SOLUTION: A lighting deice 5 includes a circuit module 31, a metal case 11 for housing the circuit module, a translucent insulation sheet 41, and the potting resin 55 for heat dissipation. The circuit module 31 includes the circuit board 32 and a plurality of electrical components mounted on the board. An inspection hole 20 is formed on a base 12. The insulation sheet 41 for covering an inner surface of the base includes a hole closing part 45 for covering the inspection hole and a through-hole 47. The through-hole is arranged in a position corresponding to a component mounting region of the circuit board 32 with a transformer 35a generating a relatively large amount of heat out of the electrical components, and mounted thereon. The potting resin is adhered over the component mounting region and insulation sheet, and the potting resin covers a portion facing to the through hole of the base, and the hole closing part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
