PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an analyzing method capable of shortening an analyzing treatment time and enhancing analyzing precision, and an analyzer. SOLUTION: In the analyzing method, Raman scattered light Lfw before reaction by gold particles 52 is photometrically measured before the gold particles are bonded to an antigen 50 to be analyzed, and Raman scattered light Lfu after reaction by the gold particles 52 not bonded to the antigen 50 to be analyzed is photometrically measured in a state that the magnetic particles 51 not bonded to the antigen 50 to be analyzed and a composite 53 are removed from laser beam irradiation region after the composite 53 is formed. By operating a difference between the photometrically measured value of the Raman scattered light before reaction and that of the Raman scattered light after reaction, the intensity of the Raman scattered light by the composite 53 can be acquired without measuring the Raman scattered light by the composite 53 itself.
