<p>Disclosed are a contact and an electrical connection device, with which plungers can be stably and slidably supported without shaking so as to achieve reliable electrical contact. A contact, wherein a first plunger and a second plunger are provided with a tip end part and a sliding part. The tip end parts are provided at the tip end side of the first plunger and the second plunger and are slidably supported so as to make contact with two members, respectively. The sliding parts are provided at the base end side of the first plunger and the second plunger, form a halved shape in each plunger, slidably overlap each other, and are inserted inside a compression coil spring. The sliding parts are set to have lengths so that each sliding part is slidably supported together with the tip end part of the opposing plunger.</p> |
