FIELD: chemistry. ^ SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a method of producing surface-modified nanoparticles for immobilising biological substances. The method involves modifying Fe3O4 nanoparticles containing ester groups. The obtained particles are then treated with aminopropyl triethoxy silane.
