<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form eco-resource materials by making slag harmless without directly fusing/forming the slag including slag containing harmful substance, and to make an effective use of it in cleaning and reviving a large volume of contaminated water area without causing environmental load at all. <P>SOLUTION: In the slag as by-products formed in a process of refining metals such as iron, copper, and aluminum from ores, non-recyclable unutilized slag containing harmful substances is kneaded with porcelain soil for the ceramic industries, and ceramic mineral clays such as ceramic quartz powder and alumina powder at a prescribed ratio respectively to form paste of proper size. The paste is formed into bisque paste by burning the paste at such a prescribed temperature and a prescribed time that a glaze liquid can be fully permeated into the ceramic burning paste. Then, the bisque paste is used for example coated with the aged glaze liquid manufactured by kneading a powder having a crushed special natural stone and a ceramic graze each at a prescribed ratio, so that the unutilized slag containing harmful substances is made harmless and used as a filter medium of ecological resources. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
