PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shutter device that enables smooth opening and closing of a shutter curtain for a good engaged state, even when a locked part of a wind resistant hook is partially provided in a height direction of a guide rail. SOLUTION: A bar 5 with its opposite ends in the longitudinal direction to be bent in the depth direction is provided to a predetermined slat 4, and the wind resistant hook 8 with a locking piece is provided to the opposite ends of the bar 5. A hook receiving member 9 is provided in the guide rail 2 in response to the wind resistant hook 8 in the shutter curtain fully closing an opening. The hook receiving member 9 includes a first piece, a second piece 92 extending in the depth direction from the tip of the first piece, and a locked piece in an L-shape in a plan view. The end edge of the second piece 92 of the locked piece includes a vertical edge 920 and an upper side inclined edge 921 extending in an inclined state from the upper end of the vertical edge 920 upward and toward the first piece side, wherein at least part of the upper side inclined edge 921 is positioned above the upper end of the first piece.
