PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a fine-fibrous cellulose composite sheet-laminated form by efficiently turning fine-fibrous cellulose into composite sheets. SOLUTION: In producing a composite material using fine-fibrous cellulose, the method for producing the fine-fibrous cellulose composite sheet-laminated form is characterized by comprising the following process. A polymer layer is provided on at least one side of a fine-fibrous cellulose composite sheet obtained by sheeting on a system including: a preparation step of producing a mixed liquid by mixing a polymer emulsion with a fine-fibrous cellulose-containing aqueous suspension; a papermaking step of dewatering the mixed liquid by filtration on a porous substrate to form a moisture-containing sheet; and a step of drying the moisture-containing sheet under heating, and is molded by thermocompression bonding.
