PURPOSE: An optical assembly and a backlight unit and a display device having the same are provided to prevent the optical assembly from becoming damaged due to heat. CONSTITUTION: An optical assembly comprises a substrate(14), a plurality of light sources(13) which generates light toward a first direction into a predetermined directivity angle, a light incident part(15b) in which light from the light sources are received, a light guide plate(15) including a light generating part which is connected with the light incident part, and a cover(18) which covers the light sources and contacts some parts of the light source. |
