Disclosed is a cyclopropyl methanone of formula I, or diastereomers or enantiomers thereof, or pharmaceutically acceptable salts of formula I or diastereomers or enantiomers thereof, or mixtures thereof wherein: A is aryl, heteroaryl, cycloalkyl, or heterocycloalkyl; m is 1 or 2; n is 1,2,3,4, or 5 and each of R1, R2 is defined in the specification. Also disclosed is a composition comprising said compound and the use of said compound to treat pain, obesity and Alzheimer's disease.
