PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drive support apparatus, a vehicle and a vehicle drive support method that stop or move a vehicle at or through an intersection safely by avoiding a risky traveling area. SOLUTION: The drive support apparatus determines a point in an intersection between a stop line and a predetermined position related to an oncoming right turn vehicle forward of the relevant vehicle. The drive support apparatus calculates an arrival time to the arrival of the vehicle at a point in the intersection from a distance from the vehicle to a determined point and the speed of the vehicle, and if the calculated arrival time is within a predetermined range, determines that the vehicle is in a particular state (state of presence in an oncoming-risky traveling area or complication-risky traveling area). If asserting a risky traveling state, the drive support apparatus functions to slow down or speed up the vehicle to avoid the risky traveling state. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
