PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cup holder which is prepared in a chair having substantially neither the back nor an elbow but only keeping a seat supported by the legs, and especially even in a connecting chair, in which two or more seats are supported by the common legs through a connecting material such as a pipe so that it may not be a hindrance to inspection and the going into and out of a spectator. SOLUTION: The cup holder used for the chair, in which the seat 3 is supported by the legs 1 directly or through a support member 2, includes: a bracket 6, which has a base 6a supported by the seat 3, the legs 1, or the support member 2, and an arm part 6b extending in vertical directions from the base; and a cup holder body 7, which is mounted on the arm part 6b of the bracket and is located below or above the seat 3.
