<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely prevent electronic information from being taken out in an unauthorized manner using an auxiliary storage device such as a USB memory. <P>SOLUTION: When a storage instruction of data into a USB memory 50 is transmitted (S14), a database server 20 generates an encryption key and a decryption key (S18) and then encrypts the designated data using the encryption key (S20). The encrypted data are stored in the USB memory 50 (S22, S24). The database server 20 transmits the decryption key and identification information to a manager PC 30 (S30). The manager PC 30 determines whether to transmit the decryption key to a PC 10A based on the identification information (S32) and then further determines whether to finally transmit the decryption key based on approval information inputted by a manager (S36).
