A METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING AL CASTING ALLOYS FOR ANODIZING OBTAINED BY USING AL CUTTING CHIP

PURPOSE: A method of manufacturing Al-alloy casting material for anodizing manufactured using Al cutting chips is provided to ensure castability and anodizing performance of a material by adding a given amount of Zn in dissolving Al cutting chips. CONSTITUTION: A method of manufacturing Al-alloy casting material for anodizing manufactured using Al cutting chips is as follows. Cutting chips of 5000 series Al plate are prepared. The cutting chips are dissolves in an electric furnace and 1.5~2.5wt.% of Zn is added and dissolved to the electric furnace. A given shape of a casting material is manufactured in a high-pressure die casting method using the melted material. The surface of the casting material is anodized.
