PURPOSE: A coupling device of a strap and an appurtenance is provided to maintain the coupling state thereof and to improve convenience thereof. CONSTITUTION: A coupling device of a strap and an appurtenance comprises: a rail(102) which is formed long; a plug member(100) which is equipped with a rail support part(101) connected to the side of the rail, and a stopper in one end of the rail; a rail groove(202) in which the rail is accepted; and a socket member(200) which is equipped with a slot(205) formed from the entrance of the rail groove in the longitudinal direction and in which a hanging groove accepting the stopper is formed in one end thereof.
