A conventional air conditioning system includes an ecological air conditioning system, a comfortable cooling and heating system, etc. For example, there are a 24-hour ventilation system, an air conditioner, a floor heating system, an underfloor ventilation, an underground heat exchanging system, etc. If all of these air conditioning systems are installed, a high cost is necessary. Furthermore, a high lighting and heating cost and a high maintenance cost are necessary. Furthermore, even if excellent and ecological air conditioning systems are developed, most of the systems are not practical. The air conditioning system is a system having a simple structure wherein outdoor air (A) and indoor air (B) are introduced to a filter box (2) by an air conditioning system obtained by assembling an air conditioning device (1) with the structure of a building (100), and are also transferred to an underground buried pipe (3) and used as precooling and preheating air (C); furthermore, air-conditioned air (D), the temperature and the volume of which have been adjusted, is discharged to each room and a underfloor heat storage layer (5), and heat storage air (E) generated from the underfloor heat storage layer (5) cools and heats the entire floor of the first floor; and discharge air (F) is discharged from a bathroom. Therefore, the construction cost or the maintenance cost is low, and the lighting and heating cost is low and, accordingly, the air conditioning system can be installed in most buildings. At the same time, the problems relating to underfloor ventilation or termites are solved, and a smart and ecological air conditioning system which can provide a comfortable environment during all seasons, can be provided.
