<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building unit and a method for transporting the building unit that can increase the height of the building unit and improve transportation efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: The building unit 1 includes an upper unit 10, a lower unit 11 and column bodies 2c. The upper end of the column body 2c is joined to the lower end of an upper column member 2a, and the lower end of the column body 2c is joined to the upper end of a lower column member 2b. The height of the building unit 1 can thereby be increased by lengthening the length of at least one of the column body 2c, upper column member 2a and lower column member 2b. The upper unit 10 and the lower unit 11 are placed to face each other by making the upper column members 2a and the lower column members 2b butt on each other, and the column bodies 2c and other members required for building construction are enclosed between the upper unit 10 and the lower unit 11 to improve transportation efficiency. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
