<p>A method and a device for analyzing service quality degradation are provided by the present invention, which relates to the communications field, realizes automatic analysis of service degradation failure, reduces the dependence on expert experiences, and reduces the cost of network maintenance. The method includes that when an end-to-end service quality degradation is found in a data plane in a network, test cases are established in layers and sections based on service paths (101); the established test cases are executed to acquire test results (102); according to the test results, links or nodes causing the end-to-end service quality degradation are determined (103). The present invention is mainly used for the process of analyzing degradation of service quality.</p> |
