<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a preliminary reduction sintered ore which can reduce the used amount of coke in a blast furnace and can apply coke furnace gas. <P>SOLUTION: In a method for obtaining the preliminary reduction sintered ore having≥5 mm grain diameter from a preliminary reduction sintered cake by charging crushed material of the sintered cake from the upper part of a reducing furnace and discharging the preliminary reduction sintered cake obtained by preliminarily reducing the crushed material of the sintered cake from the lower part of the reducing furnace; the method for producing the preliminary reduction sintered ore, is characterized in that the above crushed material of the sintered cake is charged into the reducing furnace under state in the temperature range of 420-970°C and H<SB>2</SB>gas at the temperature of≥700°C in 50 vol% of the concentration, is blown as the reducing gas into the reducing furnace, and this preliminary reduced cake has 25-60 mass% metallization ratio and constituted of≥50 mass% grain having 5-50 mm diameter. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
