PURPOSE: An ergonomic bicycle saddle is provided to reduce sweats by reducing a touching area to legs, and to reduce fatigue when a user is on the bicycle saddle for a long time. CONSTITUTION: The ergonomic bicycle saddle includes a first cushion; an uplift part; a supporting unit; and a sliding support. The first cushion(18',19') has depression parts(20,21) on the corresponding location where a top end portion of the leg femur of a bicycle rider is projected to a pelvis. The uplift part(23) corresponds to a front protrusion, which is transfigured when legs of the bicycle rider transfer a driving force during reciprocating moves of pedals. The supporting unit is supported by a post(8) accepted to a bicycle frame. In the sliding support(5), hinge pins(10,11) are fixed.
